Please note the following guidelines on our return and exchange policy:
Online Returns - within 7 days of delivery date
- Returned items must be in original packaging, put back on the jewelry card to avoid tangling, with no signs of wear.
- All returned items incur a $9.95 label fee.
- Fine jewelry and personalized items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All items marked final sale may not be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable
- May return for store credit or refund to original payment.
Online Exchanges - within 7 days of delivery date
- Exchanged items must be in their original packaging, on the jewelry card to avoid tangling, with no signs of wear.
- All exchanged items have a $9.95 label fee + difference in cost for the exchanged item. Fee covers shipping both ways
- Personalized items are only eligible for a length exchange.
- May exchange for an OXB Gift Card

Your return or exchange could take up to 48 hours to approve.
All charges will be invoiced once we receive the item.
Online + In-store warranty - within 14 days of delivery date
We stand behind all of our products. Our 14 day warranty covers manufacturing defects, broken chains, stamping errors, items missing or pieces damaged in the mail - we’ve got you covered for free.

Repair Shop - no time limit
Don’t sweat it, things happen. Your jewelry is meant to be worn and sometimes your pieces will need to be repaired or replaced. We do our best to repair all jewelry, but sometimes a replacement may be needed.
All repairs are taken on a case-by-case basis. Please note that the repair quote is subject to change after our production team assesses your piece.

You can totally take your piece to a local jeweler, however we can’t guarantee the quality of the metals they'll use and that the size of components will match the styles that we currently offer. By sending your jewelry to OXB, we can ensure the quality.
In-Store Return Policies
- In store returns + exchanges accepted within 7-days if unworn and in original packaging, no return/exchange fees apply to in-store purchases.
- All non-OXB merchandise (clothing, accessories, water bottles etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
