  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery date 
  • Personalized/customized jewelry items marked final sale and fine jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Must have no signs of wear and returned in original packaging to avoid damage or tangling 

  • Refund will be processed once item is received, $9.95 fee will be deducted from total return amount 
  • Refund will be credited to original payment, please allow up to 3 days to see the funds 
  • Fee is waived if returned for store credit 

Exchanges - FREE

Give us a try! We stand behind the quality of all of our products, any defect will occur within 14 days. We cover manufacturing defects, errors, and damages for free. 


Repair Shop - $38
Don’t sweat it, things happen. Your jewelry is meant to be worn and sometimes your pieces will need to be repaired. We’re happy to offer this service, your sweatproof jewelry will last for years to come. Gold Filled + Sterling Silver Repairs are $38 which includes shipping both ways and covers the cost of the repair.

Repairs on items that are past 60 days of purchase will need to be evaluated prior to processing. We will need to determine that we have the necessary components on hand to complete the repair.
A photo and description of the repair will be requested for the evaluation.

Cable Chain Repairs

We will take in cable chain repairs within 60 days of purchase. Repairs for cable chains specifically that are outside of the 60 day purchase window  will be evaluated for a chain upgrade. Final cost will be determined after evaluation

Repairs for discontinued pieces
Repairs for discontinued pieces are taken on a case by case basis and will need to send the entirety of the necklace (all original components) as we will no longer carry replacement components on hand for these pieces

Everlast FAQs & policies:

What are Everlast pieces made of?
All of our chains are solid 14k yellow or white gold and can be welded as bracelets, anklets, and necklaces.
Does it hurt?
No! There is no risk of harm when getting an Everlast. You’ll feel a little puff of air and see a bright flash of light - that’s it!
Is it really permanent?
Permanent? Yes. As permanent as a tattoo? No! Your Everlast piece can easily be removed with scissors or wire cutters if you ever need to take it off. If this is the case, cut at the welded ring & save your chain should you want it reattached.
Keep in mind that permanent does not mean indestructible - it just means there is no clasp! While your Everlast piece is made for everyday wear, it is still fine jewelry.
What if I need my Everlast reattached?
If your Everlast breaks off or you need to remove it, don’t sweat! Your first reattachment is on us. Any reattachments after that are $20.

Replacements are offered at 10% off with proof of previous Everlast.


Sale + Holiday Policies -  

March Madness Sale March 17, 2022 - March 25, 2022. No exchanges or returns.

Summer Sets June 1, 2022 - August 31, 2022 - Must be returned as a set, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Labor Sale 2022 - No returns or exchanges. Products will be discontinued post-sale and shipping can take up to 10 days. 

Our Return/Exchange window has been extended to January 31, 2023 as we understand many of the pieces purchased during the holidays are gifts.

Black Friday Policies: Valid November 14th - November 29th, 2022

Returns/Exchanges - all offers during Black Friday, unless marked final sale, cannot be returned. Items can be exchanged for store-credit or an alternative length.

Anything solid in a bundle must be returned or exchanged with all pieces of the bundle, cannot swap out individual pieces.

EXCESSIVE RETURNS/EXCHANGES - We want to continue to offer a generous return/exchange policy for all of our customers. Each purchase is allowed up to two exchanges. An additional exchange can be considered if it is due to a sizing preference. Excessive returns or exchanges will be monitored on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to limit return or exchange requests if we suspect misuse of our policy.
