All pieces are handmade in our Denver, CO. Please allow 2-4 days production time for most pieces and up to 2 weeks for fine jewelry.

Any delivery dates or times shown as part of the checkout process are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If your item is lost in the mail, we give a 30 day grace period from the day that it ships. Items confirmed as delivered and not received qualify for a discounted replacement. We do not offer refunds for items lost in the mail. Please contact your local USPS post office for detailed tracking information. For delivery times exceeding 30 days please contact us regarding a replacement.

We offer local pickup at our RiNo studio Tuesdays and Fridays from 12-5. Choose this option at checkout and you will receive an email with instructions.
Black Friday: all orders from Black Friday weekend sale are not eligible for refund to original payment. Orders are eligible for exchange or store credit.

Route+ Shipping InsuranceRoute+ Shipping Insurance is a third party app, where we offer their services upon checkout. Route shipping protection applies to the online purchase of merchandise in the event the merchandise is lost or damaged while in transit or “porch pirated” (“porch pirated” means that the carrier reports the status as “delivered” but the parcel has been stolen from the delivery address and a police report has been filed).
