All pieces are hand made to order in our Denver, CO studio by our in house team of trained metal smiths.

We always try to get your order to you as fast as possible! Usual production time is 2-4 days, fine jewelry can take up to 14 days. You will get a shipping confirmation upon completion of your order. 

    Shipping Options:  Please note, shipping times do not include production time. Shipping time is additional.

    Shipping; Risk of Loss

    Any delivery dates or times shown as part of the checkout process are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If your item is lost in the mail, we give a 30 day grace period from the day that it ships. Items confirmed as delivered and not received qualify for a discounted replacement. We do not offer refunds for items lost in the mail. Please contact your local USPS post office for detailed tracking information. For delivery times exceeding 30 days please contact us regarding a replacement. Please note, we track every order!

    Local Pickup

    We offer free local pickup at our Our Exercise Store 2737 Larimer St. on Wednesday-Saturday from 11a-6p and Sunday from 11a-5p. Choose this option at checkout and you will receive an email with instructions. 

    COVID-19 Update

    Currently, we are seeing longer than usual ship times with USPS due to COVID-19. Read more about USPS here. For your convenience, we've added a UPS shipping option. 

    Route+ Shipping Insurance - *recommended

    Route+ Shipping Insurance is a service offered upon checkout. Route applies to the online purchase of OXB merchandise in the event it is lost in transit, damaged upon arrival, or “porch pirated” (meaning that the carrier reports the status as “delivered” but the parcel has been stolen from the delivery address and a police report has been filed). 

    The Route Policy extends coverage to shipments where the transportation is tracked through Route.  This offer of coverage does not provide insurance to you directly, and you are neither an insured nor an additional insured under Route’s Policy.  Your election to add packages to Route’s Policy is entirely optional.  You have the option of obtaining protection from an alternative source or not at all.

    International Shipping:

    We are so excited to ship orders internationally. Please check your country's customs and duty policies prior to purchasing. Rates for international packages vary by country and aren't reflected in our pricing or shipping. These rates may include charges for import taxes & delivery fees.  Please contact your country's customs office with questions.
