Production Time: Your order will be carefully crafted by our dedicated team in Denver, CO. We're committed to efficiency, so expect your jewelry to ship within 2 business days. (Yep, we cherish our weekends too!)

Shipping Options: You’ll have various shipping options at checkout. Please note, shipping times do not include production time. Shipping time is additional.

United States:

Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days. $5 flat rate. Free for orders $100+

Priority Shipping: 3-4 business days. Price upon checkout.

International Shipping: Carriers & shipping rates calculated at checkout. Customs & duties information reflected at checkout.

Shipping; Risk of Loss

Any delivery dates or times shown as part of the checkout process are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If your item is lost in the mail, we give a 30 day grace period from the day that it ships. Items confirmed as delivered and not received qualify for a discounted replacement. We do not offer refunds for items lost in the mail. Please contact your local USPS post office for detailed tracking information. For delivery times exceeding 30 days please contact us regarding a replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry as much as we do. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy valid for 30 days from the delivery date. To qualify, all jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.

For added convenience and peace of mind, we also provide an option for Unlimited Returns for just $0.98. With this selection, you can enjoy the freedom to return or exchange your items as often as you like within the 30-day period, no questions asked.

    Lifetime Warranty

    Enjoy peace of mind with our Lifetime Warranty. We're confident in the quality of our jewelry, and we guarantee it will stay free from fading, discoloration, and craftsmanship defects for as long as you own it. Plus, we cover broken chains within the first 90 days of delivery.

    Please note that to qualify for the Lifetime Warranty, your jewelry must be purchased directly from OXB, and you must provide an order number. We do not accept warranty claims on purchases from third-party studios or retailers.

    Our sweatproof label shows off the top-notch quality of our metals and craftsmanship. However, sweatproof doesn’t mean indestructible. While our lifetime warranty doesn’t cover chain breaks after 90 days, we’re all about extending the life of your jewelry and keeping it out of landfills. So, we’re happy to repair your jewelry to keep it looking great.

      Repair Shop

      We are pleased to offer our repair service to extend the life of your jewelry and help prevent it from ending up in a landfill. While your OXB jewelry is designed for longevity, occasional repairs may be necessary. Our repair shop handles chain breaks and clasp replacements, ensuring your jewelry remains in excellent condition for years to come.

      Repair pricing includes:

      14k Jewelry is taken on a case by case basis. Earrings and rings are not eligible for the repair shop, but can be replaced at a 20% discount.
