Are there? My daughter loves this company, so I ordered the ball stud earrings and a necklace for her birthday. The quality of the products is wonderful; it’s great to have jewelry that can withstand the gym! However, customer service made this a more frustrating experience than it should have been. As a first-time customer, I clicked on the “Buy 2 get 1 free” link, but the discount wasn’t calculated at check out. I emailed several times to inquire (no phone number) and did not receive a response. I finally got response after one more email today stating an item was refunded with no explanation regarding former emails. We love supporting small businesses, but as someone who worked in customer service, I know how far a timely, personal response to an email(s) goes.

I'm so sorry about the experience that you had with our customer service. We understand that it's so frustrating. Full transparency, we had a transition in customer service agents and as we got into the systems in August and we noticed a lot of customers had a less than great experience. We pride ourselves on having quick and efficient customer service and with our new team we are working on improving processes. I know that we will provide a much better experience in the future, I'll send you a $25 gift card as a thank you for the feedback. As a small brand, with just a few humans on the other end this is important to us.

Ball Stud Earring Review

I love these earrings and the look of them. However I noticed as soon as I put them on the backings we’re way too lose fitting. Unfortunately I lost an earring only two weeks after so that may need to be reviewed and fixed with different backings because I can’t even wear these now

I have these in my second hole and I forget they are there. In the past I’ve worn other earrings that I’m very done with by mid day, but I’ve had these in for a week and they haven’t bothered me once, not even to sleep in. Love them!
