Shipping Options: You’ll have various shipping options at checkout. Please note, shipping times do not include production time. Shipping time is additional.

United States:

Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days. $5 flat rate. Free for orders $100+

Priority Shipping: 3-4 business days. Price upon checkout.

International Shipping: Carriers & shipping rates calculated at checkout. Customs & duties information reflected at checkout.

Shipping; Risk of Loss

Any delivery dates or times shown as part of the checkout process are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If your item is lost in the mail, we give a 30 day grace period from the day that it ships. Items confirmed as delivered and not received qualify for a discounted replacement. We do not offer refunds for items lost in the mail. Please contact your local USPS post office for detailed tracking information. For delivery times exceeding 30 days please contact us regarding a replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry as much as we do. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy valid for 30 days from the delivery date. To qualify, all jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.

For added convenience and peace of mind, we also provide an option for Unlimited Returns for just $0.98. With this selection, you can enjoy the freedom to return or exchange your items as often as you like within the 30-day period, no questions asked.

    At OXB, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece of jewelry we create. Our sweatproof jewelry is designed to withstand the elements of an active lifestyle, ensuring that your pieces remain free from fading, discoloration, or defects in craftsmanship.

    While our metals are built to last, we recognize that jewelry is still delicate and requires proper care. Our guarantee covers any issues related to craftsmanship or material defects for one year from the date of purchase. If your item doesn’t meet these standards, we’ll work with you to make it right.

    Please note that our guarantee covers:

    • Fading, discoloration, or material defects.
    • Items purchased directly from OXB.

    However, it does not cover:

    • Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper care.
    • Chain breaks or misuse after 90 days from the date of purchase.

    We believe in extending the life of your jewelry and keeping it out of landfills. While chain breaks or other issues may fall outside our guarantee, we’re happy to offer repair services to keep your favorite pieces in great condition.

    All quality claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.

    Repair Shop

    At OXB, we're committed to helping extend the life of your jewelry and reducing waste. While our jewelry is designed for longevity, we understand that occasional repairs may be needed. Our repair shop is here to take care of chain breaks and clasp replacements, ensuring your OXB pieces stay in great condition for years to come.

    Repair Pricing Includes:

    • Shipping both ways
    • Replacement components
    • A deep cleaning

    Gold-Filled & Sterling Silver Pricing:

    • Small Chains: $38
    • Large Chains: $58
    • Clasps: $28
    • Replacement Pendant: $38

    FYI:

    • 14k jewelry is handled on a case-by-case basis.
    • Earrings and rings are not eligible for repairs.
    • For discontinued items, we will issue a gift card instead of a repair or replacement.

    While we aim to repair most items, there may be times when a discounted replacement is the best option.

    How to Start a Repair Request:

    1. Follow this link and enter your order number and email address.
    2. Select "Claim" > "I would like to have this item repaired."
    3. Describe the issue, and upload photos for our review.
    4. We'll approve your claim within 24 hours and send you a pre-paid return label.
    5. Once we’ve reviewed the repair, we’ll send an invoice. Complete the invoice, and you’re all set!

    Repairs generally take 7-10 days from the time your jewelry is shipped in.
